Meet the Founder

Jose Lev Alvarez is the founder of Lev-Al Prose. A multilingual writer and scholar, he serves as a Writing Fellow at the Middle East Forum, is a columnist for Homeland Security Today, contributes to the Washington Examiner and publishes on The Times of Israel’s Blogs. His work focuses on international security and public affairs.

Jose created Lev-Al to help people express their own ideas with greater clarity and confidence. The platform reflects his belief that careful editing should respect the writer’s meaning, evidence and individual voice.
