Subscription and Cancellation Policy

• Each account may process one passage of up to 500 words at no cost, once the account's email address has been confirmed. No payment details are required.
• The free passage is available once per account, does not renew, and is not added to any paid allowance.
• A run that fails for technical reasons does not consume it; only a successful run does.
• The free passage covers the Workspace only. Subscription plans apply to all processing after it.

Individual and Individual Plus subscriptions are purchased directly through secure Stripe Checkout. Select a plan, sign in or create an account, and complete payment through Stripe. Your subscription activates after successful payment.

• Added after successful payment confirmation.
• Purchased Extra Words never expire.
• The monthly plan allowance is used before purchased Extra Words.

Usage is measured as the number of words in the passage submitted for a request. Counters are numeric only. Usage cannot be reset by refreshing, changing browser, switching device or signing in again, because the counter belongs to the account rather than the session.

Refund requests for an initial subscription charge may be submitted within 24 hours only if no text has been processed under that paid subscription. Using the one free passage before subscribing does not count as using the paid subscription. Once paid processing has begun, subscription payments and Extra Words purchases are non-refundable, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, a verified technical failure preventing delivery of the paid service, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid billing period. Variations in third-party AI-detector scores are not grounds for a refund. Failed processing requests do not consume the account's word allowance.

Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through the existing Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Purchased Extra Words never expire. Spending them requires an active Individual or Individual Plus subscription, and your monthly allowance is always used first.
