Paid plans are arranged through the in-platform support system, where our team confirms your plan and billing cycle directly with you.

Usage is measured as the number of words in the passage submitted for a request. Counters are numeric only. Usage cannot be reset by refreshing, changing browser, switching device or signing in again, because the counter belongs to the account rather than the session.

Cancellation stops future renewals while leaving your access in place until the end of the current paid period. Refund terms are published here and applied consistently to both paid plans.
